The complete Malossi MHR C-ONE engine crankcase for Yamaha engines is a revolutionary product for all scooters equipped with the Yamaha Minarelli LC 50 cc engine.

Thanks to Malossi's innovative technology, it was possible to unify technical solutions and external and internal dimensions with all models of Malossi C-ONE.

This means that the C-ONE for Yamaha is completely Plug&Play for all scooters equipped with Yamaha/Minarelli 50 cc liquid-cooled engines, without requiring modifications to the frame.

In addition, it can accommodate the entire range of Malossi products designed for the RC-ONE range, making it a revolutionary solution for the development of racing components for ALL scooters.

One of the main features of the Yamaha-Minarelli C-ONE is the 10° inclination of the cylinder base compared to the original crankshaft-gear axis.

This allows the engine mounts to be positioned in front of the fuel system, eliminating one of the most common problems with standard Yamaha/Minarelli crankcases.

In addition, the base has two different stud seats to accommodate either the Malossi cylinders with through studs or the Flanged Mount family cylinders with flange attachment and short studs with Ø47.6 max.

This solution opens up possibilities for designing completely new cylinders.

The C-ONE crankcase for Yamaha also offers advantages in terms of handling.

It is exclusively designed for scooters equipped with rear disc brakes as standard, and the wheelbase has been increased to improve stability and precision in corners.

In addition, the gear compartment has been reduced in size by overlapping the gears.

This has made it necessary to use the starter cover intended for Piaggio scooters.

Malossi provides all C-ONE crankcases for Yamaha complete with the necessary components for installation.

In addition, the package also includes the reed valve, covers, and a special wheel pin to use the original rear wheel and make the C-ONE perfectly interchangeable with Yamaha/Minarelli rims and hubs.
