The Malossi BRAKE PADS MHR brake pads are characterized by a friction material made of asbestos-free organic fibers. This compound has been specially designed for competitive use, ensuring minimal fading effect reduction.
The BRAKE PADS MHR quickly reach their maximum performance, maintaining excellent performance consistency and braking modulability throughout the race. The pad compound contains elements that prevent the burning of the friction material during intense solicitations, such as those that occur during a competition.
Malossi brake pads are approved according to ECE R90 standards and can be used on road vehicles throughout Europe and in many countries around the world. To obtain this certification, the pads are subjected to rigorous road tests, which evaluate the efficiency and resistance of the pad at different speeds and braking conditions.
In addition, laboratory tests are carried out to test the compression and cutting resistance of the material. The E/ECE/324-E/ECE/TRANS/505 Regulation N. 90 certification was obtained thanks to the collaboration with Dekra, an authority in the certification sector.
The vehicle tests were carried out at the Balocco test track complex and at the Dekra Test Center in Cinisello Balsamo, greatly exceeding the ECE R90 regulations. The entire range of Malossi pads is designed and manufactured in Italy.
