The assembled Malossi fixed hub is the main component of the clutch, characterized by multifunctional elements that offer numerous advantages. This hub is equipped with a mass holder for the clutch masses, a chrome hub in which the movable pulley operates, and a clutch bell that allows the starting pedal to engage and lock.
The assembly of the fixed hub is carried out using TIG welding with very tight tolerances, ensuring perfect alignment. In addition, the articulation pins of the masses have been increased in diameter to 6.5 mm and specially designed to be riveted, ensuring alignment maintenance over time.
Inside the assembly, there is a primary gear shaft that rotates internally, supported by two 13x19x12 needle bearings. This solution offers greater rigidity and durability over time.
Finally, the assembled Malossi fixed hub is equipped with two seals that guarantee a sealed environment, allowing optimal lubrication thanks to Malossi products.
