HEAT MASTER is a temperature controller created by Malossi for real-time engine control. This electronic system can be installed on different types of scooters, both two-stroke and four-stroke.
Thanks to the trimmers located on its control unit, it is possible to vary the operating settings of ENERGY PUMP, adjusting the engine temperature according to different operating conditions.
With HEAT MONITOR, easily installable next to the dashboard, it is possible to check the desired operating temperature.
HEAT MASTER turns on together with the engine and, thanks to its sensors, regulates the operation of ENERGY PUMP, varying the RPM to adjust the flow of coolant and maintain the engine temperature within the parameters set by the rider.
In case of sensor failure, HEAT MASTER ensures reliability by automatically setting ENERGY PUMP to maximum power.
Shutdown is manual to ensure cooling even in case of irregular engine operation.
