The Malossi Ø 75.5 aluminum cylinder is a high-quality product, ideal for 4-stroke mopeds. Its construction is characterized by a bore of Ø 75.5 mm and a stroke of 63 mm, which guarantee a displacement of 282 cc. The compression ratio of 12.5:1 ensures optimal performance.

The cylinder is made of primary alloy aluminum with a high content of bonified silicon, with a silicon carbide-coated barrel in a galvanic nickel matrix. The piston is super compact and composed of three segments. It is made of a special primary alloy of low thermal expansion silicon aluminum, with tin-coated sliding walls.
