Malossi I-TECH aluminum cylinder D 63 piston pin 14 LC without ECU

The Malossi I-TECH 4-stroke complete cylinder Ø 63 in aluminum is a high-quality product that offers numerous advantages.

The cylinder has a bore of Ø 63 mm and a stroke of 58.7 mm, guaranteeing a displacement of 183.

Thanks to the compression ratio of 11.27, the engine will have increased power and optimal performance.

The cylinder is made of primary alloy aluminum with a high content of bonified silicon, with a silicon carbide-coated barrel in a galvanic nickel matrix.

The machining is carried out on high-precision CNC machines, ensuring superior quality.

The couplings between cylinder and piston are selected with a tolerance of only 0.05 mm, ensuring excellent sealing and optimal performance.

The heat exchange surfaces have been recalculated and increased, ensuring better heat dissipation.

The piston is super compact, composed of three segments and made of a special primary alloy of low thermal expansion silicon aluminum, with tin plating on the sliding walls.

The piston is also machined on CNC machines, ensuring high precision.

The segments are special, with high sliding and very high mechanical resistance.

The first compression segment is made of nitrided and chromed steel, while the second segment is made of special cast iron.

The oil scraper is made up of three pieces of special alloyed and chromed steel.

This complete cylinder offers high performance and superior durability, thanks to its high-quality machining and resistant materials used.
