The 40-gram Malossi 7.1 MHR GREASE lubricant tube is a technologically advanced product. It is a semi-synthetic grease with high-performance lithium soaps, designed for extreme applications or situations where operating temperatures reach 160°.
The Malossi 7.1 MHR GREASE is particularly suitable for lubricating scooter variators and torque correctors that operate under extreme load and temperature conditions. In particular, it ensures perfect and continuous lubrication in the hub-bushing coupling, allowing for longer maintenance intervals.
This high-quality grease is formulated with a combination of mineral and synthetic oils, thickened with complex lithium soaps and enriched with a balanced package of antioxidants, rust inhibitors, anti-wear, and E.P. agents. Its chemical composition provides superior resistance to oxidation and thermal and mechanical stresses, even under extremely demanding operating conditions.
The Malossi 7.1 MHR GREASE complies with ISO 6743-9 L-XCCEB 2/1 and DIN 51502 KP 2/1 P -30 specifications. Furthermore, it offers excellent water repellency and stability, a very high drop point, and exceptional pumpability. Thanks to longer relubrication intervals, it allows for greater operational economy. Additionally, it provides reliable anti-corrosion protection for lubricated components.
