The Malossi MULTIVAR MHR TEAM 2 variator is designed to offer extraordinary performance and increased reliability to your scooter. Thanks to this variator, you will experience greater responsiveness, smoother gear changes, and increased mechanical stability when riding at high speeds.

The attention to detail is evident even in the bushing, which uses cemented and ground steel bushings to ensure smooth and friction-free operation. The variator hub has been further improved with lubrication holes, reducing tolerances and optimizing coupling clearances. The included movable half-pulley in the kit is made of a special aluminum alloy, finished with extreme precision to ensure a constant coefficient of friction and prevent premature belt wear.

To meet the different tuning needs in competition, the variator comes with two sets of 6-roller kits and a pre-tempered Chrome-Silicon steel contrast spring with counterclockwise winding (racing), while different springs of the same class are available as optional for further adaptation to the engine specifications and driving conditions.
