Malossi MHR Over Range Complete Transmission

The complete transmission group Malossi OVER RANGE for Piaggio engines is an innovative system that offers numerous advantages. Its main feature is the new fixed pulley of the torque corrector, Fixed Pulley, which has a larger diameter than the original pulley. Thanks to this larger diameter, the transmission ratio can have a significantly higher excursion, guaranteeing better performance compared to the traditional system.

The fixed pulley has been made with special materials and subjected to a particular thermochemical treatment, which gives it high wear resistance and great mechanical strength. Furthermore, it has been designed to function optimally with the Malossi torque corrector (Torque Driver), which has the same diameter as the fixed pulley.

To fully exploit the available power on competition vehicles, a new toothed belt Malossi in Kevlar® (K) with an increased section and updated length has been introduced. This belt ensures maximum efficiency in all operating conditions.

The MULTIVAR variator has been updated with new tracks for the rollers and a new hub. This new variator is the result of experience gained on race circuits and Cad-Cam technology, guaranteeing extremely high-level technical results.

To complete the OVER RANGE system, the patented adjustable Delta Clutch and the reinforced clutch bell Malossi Wing Clutch Bell are also available. These components are not included in the kit but are essential to fully exploit the exceptional technical characteristics of the transmission system.
